Leisure Zone's customer service is second to none. Amy had always been very helpful and responsive. Josh and Paul came out to fix my tub, and they were efficient, quick and listened to my concerns. They also cleaned my tub!! Great job guys! I'm a customer for life!

We could not be more thrilled! After much thought and deliberation we decided to go with leisure zone. One place estimated 1/2 of the installation time leisure zone estimated. But the cost was similar. There was no way a good installation could have taken less time than leisure zone quoted. The installation is perfect because they took the time to make it that way. Most importantly, The installers were trustworthy to the point that we left our house unlocked and open for them while we were gone. This truly is a family run in family oriented business.
They absolutely did a perfect job, if there is such a thing. I almost felt like they were installing this for themselves. I'm not kidding.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!!! This family-owned business rocks! I had gone into Leisure Zone 3 years ago (as an insurance sales person), and I was admiring their spas, thinking I would never be able to afford one. Then I stopped in on March 25th of this year, looking to buy. I had been comparing and pricing hot tubs for a couple of weeks, and found the Bullfrog spas to be one of the best tubs on the market. Garry and company were absolutely wonderful. Never pressured me at all - in fact, Garry showed me a spa that was less expensive because he knew my budget. However, I decided - you only go around once, so I was going to do this right!!! I bought the spa of my dreams and have used it nearly every night since it was delivered (and WARM)!!!! I highly recommend Leisure Zone for your spa purchase. Best thing I ever did for myself!!!! Thank you to all of you for making my experience a very positive one!!!! :-)

Phillip did a great job explaining the features and benefits of the spa. Was very helpful in designing the right spa for us. Made the buying process easy and very straightforward. Delivered the tub on time as promised. Phillip, Aaron, Amy and Brooklyn have been very helpful in testing, provided a detailed printout of how to treat and help in selecting the right chemicals to perfect our water. They make the ownership of the spa very simple so all you have to do is open the cover, get in and relax. In most places, customer service is dead. Not here! The entire staff here treats you like royalty. Thank you, Leisure Zone, for providing us with an incredible spa and for your exceptional service!
